Meet The Team
We are a small consultancy that values close working relationships and a personal approach. We work directly with our clients, taking the time to understand their context and what will genuinely make a difference.
When additional expertise is needed, we collaborate with a small network of trusted associates who share our values and way of working. This allows us to stay flexible, responsive, and focused on practical, ethical solutions rather than one-size-fits-all approaches.

Paul Kooner-Evans MSc, BSc (Hons), PG Cert HE, FHEA,
Paul focuses on helping organisations use data, technology, and artificial intelligence responsibly to improve decision-making, performance, and confidence, without unnecessary complexity or disruption. This includes leadership development, applied digital strategy, and support for organisations navigating change with limited time and resources.
With over 25 years of experience across business, technology, and higher education, Paul brings a strong commercial perspective alongside deep delivery experience. He has held senior industry roles, created and successfully sold two businesses, and worked with organisations ranging from growing SMEs to large public bodies. Alongside this, he previously led a university business school, where he worked closely with employers to design leadership, AI, and data-focused programmes aligned to real-world needs.
Paul remains actively involved in executive education, and consultancy, particularly in the areas of AI in business, data-informed leadership, and ethical digital transformation. He is known for a calm, collaborative style and a focus on building internal capability.
Outside his consultancy work, he balances family life with community involvement, serving as a committee member of Portsmouth Cricket Club. He has a long-standing love of music and can often be found attempting to play the guitar, usually with more commitment than talent
