Paul Kooner-Evans works with SMEs and public service organisations to support leadership, capability, and digital change in practical, proportionate ways.
His work focuses on helping organisations use data, technology, and artificial intelligence responsibly to improve decision-making, performance, and confidence, without unnecessary complexity or disruption. This includes leadership development, applied digital strategy, and support for organisations navigating change with limited time and resources.
With over 25 years of experience across business, technology, and higher education, including senior industry roles and as former Head of the Business School at the University of Chichester, Paul brings together academic insight and real-world delivery. His approach is grounded, collaborative, and focused on building lasting capability rather than short-term fixes.
Based on the South Coast, Paul works closely with clients, offering a personal, hands-on consultancy approach. Outside his consultancy work, he balances family life with community involvement and a long-standing love of music. He is a committee member of Portsmouth Cricket Club and can often be found attempting to play the guitar, usually with more commitment than talent.
